Notwithstanding the fact that District Appellate Authority, Nalanda has passed the order dated 22.06.2018 in Appeal No. 11 of 2017 for payment of salary to the petitioners within a period of thirty days, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Nalanda (respondent no. 2) to ensure payment of the entire dues and current salary in one stroke within a period of one month from today failing which the aforesaid amount will carry interest at the rate of 9% which shall be borne out by the District Education Officer, Nalanda; District Programme Officer (Establishment) Nalanda; Block Development Officer, Bind, P.S.
