The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "I. For issuance of writ an appropriate nature directing and commanding the Sub-Divisional Officer- cum Secretary Baba Bhuneshwar Nath Mandir, Deokili Dham Trust, Sheohar not to construct boundary wall from the southern side of the temple, as by construction of the said boundary wall the entire ingress and out grace of the petitioners in his land plot no. 4730, will be closed and the entire land of plot no. 4730 will be locked and will be useless.

II. For further direction to the respondent authority that if boundary wall is constructed alternatively a paces to out grace and ingress be left in plot no. 4733 under Khata No. 660 situated under the village Deokuli, Dharmapur Circle Piprahi.

III. For further directed to the respondent authority for disposed of representation of the petitioner by

Patna High Court CWJC No.19981 of 2025(2) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 reason and speaking order with time framed.

IV. And for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are found to be entitled in the eye of law."

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

4. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already ventilated their grievances by way of a representation dated 24.11.2025 (Annexure-P/7) before the respondent No. 6 herein (i.e., the Secretary cum Sub Divisional Officer), the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 6 herein to consider the representation made by the petitioners and pass necessary orders. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The authority before passing any orders shall put the petitioners on notice and given them an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioners.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
