The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that one country made pistol along with four live cartridges is recovered.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 2 to the present application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It has been submitted that the charge has already been framed.

One country made pistol along with four live cartridges is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with S.T. No.348 of 2018 arising out of Ashok Paper Mill P.S. case No.134 of 2017. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
