2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with iron kata due to which he sustained injury. Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

5. Considering the simple nature of injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4282 of 2024(3) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additiona Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P. S. Case No. 164 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
