This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with C2/579/18 for the alleged offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case, 153 liters of Nepali Saufi was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They have been arrested on mere suspicion and in custody since 03.11.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody since
