ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2019 in connection with G.O. Case No.1106/2019 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.466 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that when the police raided his house, the petitioner was trying to flee away with a gallon which contained illicit liquor. It is further submitted that the entire allegation is false and fabricated and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and
