The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 11.10.2019 at about 6.00 P.M., the brother of the informant went to Nuniabasti for his personal work and the informant was alone in her house. At that time, Sajahan @ Sahjahan Alam (petitioner) entered into the house and tried to outrage her modesty. She tried to resist him and for that the accused assaulted her and he

After that her brother Tarik Anwar returned back and she narrated all the fact and they went to Sajahan's house. There, his father Mansoor Alam and his wife have abused and assaulted them and the villager came and could save their lives. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case due to village politics. The allegation made in the F.I.R. is denied by the petitioner.

On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under
