Mr. Rajesh Prasad Choudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party/s informs that the admitted dues, to which the petitioner was entitled for, has already been paid and a reasoned order dated 03.06.2023 contained in Letter No. 1024, has been passed and the same has already been communicated to the petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, it appears

Patna High Court MJC No.2 of 2024(4) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 that the order dated 03.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1295 of 2023 has been complied with. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of.

4. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order dated 03.06.2023 contained in Letter No. 1024, which has been passed in respect of payment of admissible retiral dues to the petitioner, he may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
