1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Special PP for the State, Mr. Sadanand Paswan.

2. The learned Special PP for the State, at the outset, submits that appellant had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 79 of 2023 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 12.04.2023 passed by a learned Co-ordinate Bench. It is next submitted that two years thereafter the instant second anticipatory bail application has been filed.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant is not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned Special PP for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Special PP for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application of the appellant.
