In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.259 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation has been made that 5 liter of Mahua liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Looking to the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, namely, Mukesh Kumar Paswan, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand
