2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 556 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and under Section 20(B)(II)(C) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 19.9.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Chamaparan, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 556 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Paharpur Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
