This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S.Case No.71 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 363, 368, 376 and 370(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by the then Co-ordinate Bench of this Court first by order dated 14.7.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26926 of 2016 and again vide order dated 16.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23259 of 2017 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for more than two years and no substantive progress has been made in the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. and perused the record, from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83895 of 2019(4) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 which it appears that in this case now charge has been framed and the court concerned has assured to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of three months.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
