The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.32 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the allegation of assault with Lathi and Danda is made against six accused persons including the petitioner and the specific allegation of assault with Farsa is against co-accused Umesh Rai whereas the victim sustained only four injuries, the petitioner, who is said to be a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80704 of 2018(2) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.32 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest of surrender in the court below.
