2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barhara (Raghubansh Nagar) P.S. Case No. 338 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused (neighbor) were in illicit relationship and she wanted to marry the co-accused, due to which she killed her child.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and she is in custody since 15.10.2021.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am of the opinion that this kind of mother should remain in jail only.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed.

8. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
