1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders to Respondent for providing Security for the work of the Tender No. 02/E/Bankipur/2021, Group No.03, which was stopped by the local persons and miscreants.

ii. For further issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to provide proper Security to the petitioner for completing the concerned work i.e. Tender No. 02/E/Bankipur/2021, Group No. 03. iii. For further issuance of direction to Respondent to consider the application which was filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1220 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 petitioner on 05.04.2022."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, shall consider the same, in accordance with law, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
