JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-12-2019 Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- I. Issuance of writ in the appropriate in the nature mandamus for direction to the Respondent Authorities to publish a fresh voter list after making necessary correction in the voter list of PACS of Marui Panchayat.
Patna High Court CWJC No.25588 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/3 II. For further direction to the Respondent Authorities to make PACS member and co member who have deposited required amount of Rs.01 and 11 respectively in the bank of the main Branch the Nawada Cooperative Central Bank, Nawada within stipulated time before 30.06.2019 which was last date for depositing required amount for member and co-member of PACS.
III. For further make correction in name, father's name and address of the PACS voters/members and co-members of Marui Panchayat.
IV. For further direction to the Respondent Authorities to delete the name of PACS voters who are not inhabitant of jurisdiction of Marui PACS.
V. For further direction to the Respondent Authorities for make correction in irregularities has been committed by the PACS chairman of Marui Panchayat, in adding and removing/deleting in the name of PACS voter list.
VI. For any others relief and reliefs for which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition for the reason that the same has become
