2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii), 27 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioner is not the assailant of deceased. Petitioner is only alleged to have instigated co-accused Rajan Kumar @ Babua, who shot in the head of deceased (son of informant). Petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025 and claims clean antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025.
