2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 518 of 2025 dated 24.10.2025 instituted for the offences committed under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of this application, the petitioner has been arrested and hence, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

4. Permission, as prayed, is granted.
