Petitioner seeks regular bail who is in custody since 04.02.2021 in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019, FIR dated 13.01.2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 342, 323 and 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of regular bail which was rejected vide order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36313 of 2021. 4.

According to the prosecution case, the in-laws of the informant regularly pressurized her for dowry demand. It is further alleged that the informant's father-in-law and her husband tied her

Vide order dated 02.02.204, a report was called for with regard to the state of the trial and the report of the trial Court dated 09.02.204 reveals that the charge has been framed against the co-accused person and the petitioner on 01.09.2021 and prosecution has examined total eight witnesses including investigating officer and medical officer and prosecution evidence was closed and on 10.11.2022 statement of accused was recorded under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. and no one had appeared on behalf of the accused person for argument despite several directions.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the report of the learned trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai.
