Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 498A, 363, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case during investigation merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioner is not the relative of the in-laws family of the daughter of the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79451 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019.
