2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43521 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The following order was passed on 26.06.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 43521 of 2024 :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2022. Due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry, the deceased has been killed. Petitioner is in jail since 11.01.2024.

4. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected.

5. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is accused of killing his wife soon after marriage. The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2024. Out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, five witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

8. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
