In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khodawandpur P. s. Case No. 174 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 333, 353, 379, 427, 335, 325 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner including 20 named accused persons as well 150 - 200 unknown persons having unlawfully assembly paralysed the road, assaulted and also used criminal force against the police party.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80745 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 As the petitioner is only a member of mob.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, District Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur P. S. Case No.174 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a further condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
