2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No.184 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from the courtyard of the petitioner and from behind the garage, two bikes were recovered.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that petitioner is mechanic and that one Md. Anwar has given his bike for repairing which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87097 of 2025(2) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 he has not taken back. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is not concerned in any way with the alleged bikes. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 24.10.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025.
