2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No.526 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Counterfeit notes have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2023.

5. Considering the allegation that he is committing crime in society, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
