2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 303 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted with brick and iron rod on the head of the informant and also snatched Rs. 500/- from the pocket of informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of
