The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that there is delayed information to the police regarding occurrence of assault and theft, for this reason, Panchayati was to be held about the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid statement made in the FIR and the statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.448 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Barauli Police Station Case No. 269 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
