2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 dated 03.04.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 325 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR and trial court's order rejecting the petitioner's prayer.
4. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the averments made in the petition and mainly petitioner's the pleas that during investigation, the police gave the petitioner the relief under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and the investigation has been completed and the cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 325 read with 34 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2396 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 IPC in the absence of any medical injury of the informant, in my opinion, in the light of the said pleas, it is a fit case for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Shailendra Singh, J) maynaz/- U T
