This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16565 of 2019 whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order but he could not surrender in time.

For the reasons stated in the application seeking modification, the same is allowed and the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below by order
