2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No.511 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that his son, namely, Md. Faizal was committed murder by gunshot by the accused persons including the petitioner. 5.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

He next submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner to fire upon the son of the informant. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48112 of 2023. Petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2023.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No.511 of 2022 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya.
