2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after order passed on 05.07.2024, The Collector, Siwan has passed order in compliance of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.3158 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023. Counsel submits that he is still aggrieved by the said order.

3. As such, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out. Hence, the present miscellaneous jurisdiction petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
