1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 and 3 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.2 has antecedent of one case but inadvertently at Para-3, it has been pleaded that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that petitioners being son of Hari Mohan Singh have been falsely implicated in the instant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86295 of 2025(3) dt.19-03-2026 2/2 case by the informant. It is further submitted that Hari Mohan Singh along with Neeraj had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.86198 of 2025 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 19.03.2026 as such the learned counsel submits that petitioners be also granted the privilege of anticipatory bail based on parity.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also taking into consideration the order dated 19.03.2026 in Cr. Misc. No.86198 of 2025, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No.306/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
