2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 153 of 2023 dated 16.09.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 332, 337, 224, 225, 427, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, 13 named persons and 9-10 unknown persons started pelting bricks and stones and assaulted the police personal by means of lathi-danda.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the allegation being general and omnibus, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 153 of 2023.

8. The application stands allowed.
