JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 387, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner no.2 is of thrashing the informant on the ground and petitioner no.1 is also named in F.I.R.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and injury caused to the husband of the informant by other co-accused person Sittu Kumar. Further, they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1408 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Munger, in connection with Bariarpur P.S.
