====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RUDRA PRAKASH MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.07.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45628 of 2025 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1157 of 2024, to the satisfaction of Court below.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 04.07.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45628 of 2025, petitioner was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each, but wife of the petitioner is a landless lady and she is not in a position to place any paper of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87834 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 land for sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand), therefore, amount of sureties may be modified as Rs. 5000/- in place of Rs. 10,000/-.

4. From perusal of the record, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission.

5. In view of the above, in paragraph no. 7 of order dated 04.07.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45628 of 2025, the words Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) be modified to be read as "Rs.5000/- (Rs. Five thousand)".

6. The order dated 04.07.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45628 of 2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

7. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed.
