JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that most of the accused persons named in the commission of occurrence have been either granted anticipatory bail or regular bail by this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2018. Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, Excise,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1932 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018.
