2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner threatened the informant and told him not to depose in the criminal case lodged against the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner has 9 criminal antecedents of similar and more serious nature.

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The District Judge, Khagaria is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases which are pending against the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Khagaria through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
