The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 356, 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been caught red handed from the spot while he had snatched a bag containing a sum of Rs. 50,000/- from the informant and upon search a sum of Rs. 47,000/- was recovered.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is stated to be having a fair antecedent except one case which is stated to be pending against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner has already

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner herein on regular bail.
Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.
