1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504, and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the complainant with an allegation that the petitioner and Sitaraj Ram entered her hut and petitioner caught her leg and Sitaraj Ram attempted to outrage her modesty and even torn her clothes, on alarm, people
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1480 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/3 gathered to save the complainant. It is further alleged that thereafter, complainant went to the house of the accused persons to lodge her protest, on which she was assaulted.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the complainant being cousin brother of the husband of the complainant. It is also submitted that there is a dispute relating to homestead land in between the petitioner and his cousin brother, as such, he came to be implicated in the instant case to coerce him into submission.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Tushar Singh, the learned J. M., 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran/ successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.119 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
