Petitioner is the widow of Late Prabunath Prasad, who died on 27.09.2015 while in harness from the Circle Office, Barauli, District- Gopalganj seeks death-cum-retiral benefits of her husband including pension, gratuity, leave encashment, group insurance along with statutory interest and also grant of benefit of MACP and arrears of salary for the period 01.09.2015 to 27.09.2015 which she submits that she has not yet received. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2, The District Magistrate, Gopalganj which will be considered and disposed of within a period of three
Patna High Court CWJC No.1091 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 months from the date of filing of such representation. The admissible amount along with statutory interest due to the petitioner's husband would be paid to the petitioner within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order through registered post.
