2. Petitioners seek regular bail in case registered for offence under Sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 103 (1) and 74 of BNS.
3 . As per F.I.R. all the 11 named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted husband of the informant leading to his death.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that specific accusation of assault by iron rod on the head of the deceased is against other co-accused person .In the Postmortem, cause of death is due to head injury . Allegation is general and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86245 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 omnibus against this petitioner and no specific overt act is alleged against him. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 13.02.2025 . 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, period of custody , clean antecedent of these petitioners and circumstances of the case , let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 400 of 2025 arising out from Hathauri Case No. 220 of 2024 .
