2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barabar Paryatan (Vishunganj) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025 dated 11.10.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 334(1) and 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a 18 year and 10 month old boy, and his Bihar Board Matriculation Examination is scheduled to commence from 17.02.2026, if he is kept in custody, then his educational career will completely ruin and he has been made an accused mainly on the basis of his confessional statement which

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the petitioner's young age, his educational career and custody period coupled with the completion of the investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Barabar Paryatan (Vishunganj) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025.
