JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2026 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that three persons have been named for assaulting one Kanhaiya Singh, who subsequently died. The prayer for bail of one of the co-accused namely, Pawan Kumar has been rejected by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.82975 of 2025, whereas the prayer for bail of another co-accused namely, Rupesh Kumar Singh has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition after framing of charge. The learned counsel prays that the present petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after the prayer for bail of co-accused Rupesh Kumar Singh is disposed
