2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is having alias name of Arpna Kumari as well, so he may be permitted to rectify this criminal miscellaneous petition to that extent.

3. Permission is accorded.

4.The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 350 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Section 126(2), 115(2), 82, 85, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

5. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the

No.85235 of 2025(2) dt.15-12-2025 2/3 informant, namely, Mayuri Kumari was married to one Rajesh Kumar Singh and she was being subjected to mental and physical cruelty after the marriage. She also came to know that accused Rajesh Kumar Singh is already married and he is having two issues out of that marriage.

6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that petitioner is the first wife of the accused Rajesh Kumar Singh. It has also been submitted that she is separate from the accused from last two years and a divorce case is also pending between them. There is no allegation against her. She is having no criminal antecedent.

7. There is none to represent the State.

8. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 350 of 2025, she will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
