JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 424 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that while the informant along with his wife was taking refreshment at a shop and in the meantime two boys came and try to outrage the modesty of the wife of the informant and when he protested, they were abused and assaulted and also allegation of snatching Rs.15,000/- and golden chain. Further, the local people disclosed the name of the petitioner and other co-accused person.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed against him. Further, he

Having heard both sides, considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather he should surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit, without being prejudice by order of this Court, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
