2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for proper investigation of Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 815 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 120 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the SHO of Buddha Colony Police Station and the I.O. of the aforesaid case

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.134 of 2025(3) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 have appeared in this Court personally and they have assured this Court that they will investigate the Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 815 of 2023 properly and they will also take the version of the accused persons while investigating the case.

4. In view of the submission of the police officials, this application is disposed of.
