2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noor Sarai P.S. Case No. 491 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, stolen motorcycle was recovered from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 05.10.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5098 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Noor Sarai P.S. Case No. 491 of 2023.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Noor Sarai Police Station, Nalanda on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
