2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(5), 61(B) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(B), 66 (C) & 66 (D) of the I.T. Act.

3. On a secret information that some persons have assembled in the orchard of one Daya Singh and are cheating innocent people, through cyber fraud, a raid was conducted there, however, after seeing the police party, the accused persons started fleeing away, but three of them were apprehended alongwith mobile phones, SIM cards and customers data sheets, who disclosed the name of petitioners and other co-accused, who fled away from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who were apprehended on spot. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. Some of the similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Nawada in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
