No. 73574 of 2019, as contained in Annexure-1, whereby the above named petitioner was granted bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to add the alias name of the petitioner in the bail petition and accordingly the order be also modified to that extent.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to add the alias name of the petitioner in the petition for bail and the order dated 21.11.2019 is also modified to the extent that the name of the petitioner be read as "Vinod Rai @ Vinod Kumar" in place of "Vinod Rai".
