2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329 (3) , 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 103 (1) , 352 and 3 (5) of BNS.
3 . The prosecution case , in brief, is that informant namely , Lakhiya devi alleged that on 08.09.2025 , co-accused Kuldeep Rishidev stabbed on the neck of husband of informant due to which he died and this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant by means of iron rod.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that specific accusation of assault to the deceased is against co-accused Kuldeep Rishidev . So far as this petitioner is concerned, she is only alleged to have assaulted the informant. Petitioner claims
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86632 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.09.2025 . 5 . Learned counsel for the informant as well as A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, materials available on record, period of custody , clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate / Concerned Court, Araria in connection with Simraha P .
