Mr.Ajit Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 13-12-2019 According to the prosecution, on 8th of August, 2018 police officers, including the present petitioner, namely Jagdish Ram (constable) was deputed in night patroling duty. Allegedly, after taking bribe they allowed vehicles carrying illegally extracted sand to be driven through.

It is seen that on 8th of February, 2019, petitioner was granted interim protection, more so when nothing was found linking the petitioner to the crime. Nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner.

As such, the interim order dated 8th of February, 2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5853 of 2019(4) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 granting provisional bail to the petitioner, named above, is made absolute.
